Membership Requirements:

Membership is limited to 120 families that personally own real estate and reside within a five-mile radius of the FRCC facility on Charing Cross in Fairport, NY.  We have two types of memberships:

REGULAR - Membership entitles voting privileges in pool management decisions put to a membership vote, the ability to serve in a Board position, unlimited use of tennis courts and the swimming pool.

CHARTER - This membership is only an option for members who have been regular members for at least 10 years.  Charter members have use of the tennis courts and are allowed only 4 visits to the pool for each family member every year.  These members are not allowed to bring guests.  For full rules governing charter membership, click here.

In order to keep membership costs low, all FRCC regular members are required to volunteer at least once during the season for tasks ranging from the annual spring clean-up to helping out with Family Fun Day.  Failure to volunteer during the season will result in a volunteer assessment fee.  As of 2009, that assessment fee was $40.

To join, contact the Membership Director, Karen Muncey.  You can contact her by E-mail at membership@forestridgecc.org.  She will instruct you on the proper forms you will need to fill out.  She will also be happy to answer any questions you have regarding membership.

If you purchase a house from a FRCC Member and they have moved out of the club area (and less than 30 days have elapsed since the transfer), you are eligible to assume their membership immediately and bypass the wait list (if the club has a wait list; it currently does not have one).
